Five Rites to Youth
You’ve probably wondered at one point or another if the Fountain of Youth truly existed or not. Breaking news: ‘the fountain of youth’ is a misnomer; it’s not even a body of water! The key to youth is — you’ve probably guessed it — good life choices. These life choices are the secrets to longevity and that fleeting ageless beauty we all desire. Here are simple exercises you can do before or after a long day of work or errands and has been around for about 2500 years.
Set the stage with a few candles and some soothing music. Start breathing slowly and steadily to invoke a meditative state. Before doing this exercise you can begin by clearing a space and doing some meditative breathing. Once you have reached a state of calmness, begin each rite breathing calmly, consciously inhaling and exhaling. Hold each rite for up to three breaths before moving to the next.
