Ever notice how Koreans seem to look 10 years younger? Well, it really all boils down to a consistently healthy lifestyle and diet. But for those of us who are only beginning our journey into healthier lifestyles, is there a workaround in the meantime?
Our Asian neighbors eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables in small and frequent meals. Most of their food is either grilled or boiled. Which means there is a lot of fat and oil left out of their food, and a lot more vitamins and minerals left in and put to good use when they exercise.
